Delivery details
Sales to the UK are standard, we will be happy to quote for
delivery of our products to Southern Ireland and Mainland
Europe.
Delivery options available:
Our standard delivery service is normally
carried out by Fastway couriers, all deliveries have to be
signed for or by Royal Mail First Class (between 3-5 working days).
Or you can choose to purchase,
Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Working Day - order before 2pm,
Monday to Friday only.
No dispatch or delivery on UK bank
holidays, Sat or Sun.
Please allow an additional 48 hours for delivery to remote
areas including the Highlands and Islands.
Gifts Etc cannot be
held responsible for delays caused by the postal system.
Typically 7 working days from the point
of dispatch must have passed before any carriers will investigate
any delayed deliveries.
Returns
Our guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy
with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is
faulty, defective or you've changed you mind, return it to
us unused and in its original condition within 7 days for a
replacement or exchange. Prior to returning any item contact
our customer support for a returns authorization.
If the item you received is faulty contact our
customer
support, quoting your order number, your name and
address, details of the product and the reason for return,
and whether you require a replacement or a an exchange. We
will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
All products returned to us will be thoroughly checked by
our returns department and only then will a replacement or
exchange be authorised and processed. Returns are usually
processed within 7 working days of receipt. You will be
responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods.
If the item you received has been damaged in transit or
you have received an incorrect item, please contact our
customer support, quoting your order number, your name and
address, details of the product and details of the damage. |
